If you have a Google Toolbar installed in your browser (mine using IE), you can see that Google has recently updated the pagerank of websites. I also have two other new websites, and they both have a PageRank of 4.

From my SEO experience, I think it is not a problem for your site to have a PageRank of 4, if you are willing to put in your time and effort. The most difficult task of SEO practice should be getting the backlink from other sites (esp. those with high PR).



Hope you can also have a good PR. Even if you do not have a nice PR for your site, you do not need to worry about and frustrated. Google will regularly check the PR and re-evaluate your site again, and give you a better PR if you have proper practice.
