Results of SEO so far

 

I have reminded everyone when you create a blog, it is very important to do SEO. Making every page with SEO in mind is very important. A good SEO practice can definitely help you to get more traffic from major search engines, like Google and Yahoo. I have written informative posts on SEO practices, and you can refer to that post.

I think it is also a good time to review the ranking of my blog in both Google and Yahoo, the two major search engines at the moment. As you may have noticed, I am using the keyword "Adsense secrets" to optimize my blog. Let's see what the result is after 6 months.

In Yahoo, I entered the term "Adsense secret", "Adsense secrets", and "Google adsense secrets" and want to see the result. The results are listed below:

Adsense secrets - 11th
Adsense secret - 7th
Google Adsense secrets - 6th
Google Adsense secret - 9th
free Adsense secret - 3rd!
And a lot more...



As you can see, I have a pretty good ranking on Yahoo for many keywords, and I am quite satisfied with that. No doubt that I receive quite a lot of traffic from Yahoo.

What about Google? I entered those terms above and make a comparison. The results are listed below:

Adsense secret - 10th (First page!)
Adsense secrets - 30th (need to improve)
google adsense secret - 10th
google adsense secrets - 9th
free adsense secrets - 11th

Generally speaking, I am quite satisfied with the results in both Google and Yahoo, though there are more rooms for improve in the case of Google. Therefore, everyone of you should really do SEO when you making a new site, or redesigning the original one. Apart from following those SEO suggestions, I also used some special SEO softwares, like SEO elite and IBP, and they are really useful and save me a lot of time. I would introduce them to you in the recent future.
