As you may notice from different forums, there's been lots of buzz in the adsense niches about Adsense arbitrage so I thought I might go look for an example of it and give a brief explanation followed by an article snippet from a well known marketer who makes a living off of adsense arbitrage.
This morning, I thought I' d go over to msn and do a broad search for the term Adsense Arbitrage, I figured someone would be bold enough to by an msn ad and drive traffic to a page with google adsense on it and I was right. For your information, advertising on MSN is usually cheaper than advertising on Adwords.
On page for the term Adsense arbitrage you'll see this ad!
When you click on the ad you're taken to this page below:

You can see where I indicate with the red arrows where all the adsense ads and I think a yahoo ads are. What this webmaster is doing is Buying advertising cheaply on MSN then driving traffic to a site with google adsense on it in hopes of converting the clicks at a higher rate.
This is what google adsense arbitrage is.
Now that you have the basics by way of an example. Here's a brief description of Michael Plante, the man who use Arbitrage and earn money.
Michael Plante took one website, one niche idea, combined Adsense with Google Adwords, and managed to make $3,365 in his first 34 days of business. How did he do it? Using Adsense Arbitrage. Adsense arbitrage tends to be a divisive concept. Some people do not believe that it is possible to make money using arbitrage principles. With Google’s attempts to make arbitrage more difficult through their quality score, and with more people jumping into arbitrage, finding the proper niches can be quite difficult. But for those who think that arbitrage is dead just need to spend a few minutes talking with Michael, which we did.
